Dr. Mynor A. Vargas
Dr. Mynor A. Vargas is an experienced Christian minister, educator, author, institutional leader, and international chaplaincy advocate with more than 40 years of ministry and practical Gospel service.
He is the President and Commander General of the International Federation of Christian Chaplains and the Founder and President of Crown Christian University.
Throughout his extensive ministry, Dr. Vargas has trained more than 5,000 Christian chaplains serving in 75 nations around the world.
His life’s mission has been to equip men and women to serve their communities with faith, wisdom, integrity, compassion, and excellence.
His practical teaching will help participants understand not only what a Christian chaplain is, but also how a chaplain can become an effective extension of the compassionate ministry of Jesus Christ.

Do I need previous chaplaincy experience?
No. This seminar introduces the essential foundations of Christian chaplaincy and is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced ministry leaders.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete the seminar and the short quiz will receive a Digital Certificate of Attendance.
Does this certificate make me a fully certified chaplain?
This introductory seminar does not independently confer professional chaplain certification, ordination, licensure, governmental authority, law-enforcement status, or employment eligibility. Professional chaplain certification requires additional training, evaluation, and applicable requirements.
Is the additional 20-minute session required?
No. It is an optional opportunity to ask questions, receive special resources, and learn about advanced chaplaincy training and certification.
In which languages will the seminar be available?
The live Master Seminar will be presented in English. Spanish and Portuguese translation options may become available later for the recorded replay, but are not guaranteed and will not be available during the live presentation.
